Our First 120 Members bring the Rung Community to Life
Over the past month, Rung for Women has been welcoming the first 120 members into our community! Rung’s three new member ‘Welcome Weekends” kicked off on Friday, March 12 with a special event that offered members the chance to tour the campus, meet their coaching cohort and experience an inspirational program with an armchair chat between Rung Founder and Chair Ali Hogan and President Leslie Gill and a keynote delivered by motivational speaker Lisa Nichols.
“This is full circle to me. To think about all the women who poured into me in my life, after my mom died, and to be here able to pour into you.” — Leslie Gill, President of Rung for Women
“This place is all about you. My hope is that when you are here, you feel that you belong and that you can be your authentic self. That you set big goals, connect with each other and never feel alone.” — Ali Hogan, Founder and Chair
On Saturday, members returned to campus to begin their Membership Experience 101 (aka “ME 101”) journey. During this initial six-month program, members will work with a transformational coach who will help them clarify their unique vision and set bold goals for professional and personal development with a community of like-minded women. It’s the first step to becoming “unstuck,” and feeling empowered with the supports and resources to take your life into your own hands.
Our staff has thoroughly enjoyed meeting and getting to know these women and are humbled to accompany them along this journey to elevate their lives!
