2. What is your title? What do you do at Rung?
I’m the COO. I’m responsible for financial reporting, HR, technology, the operations of our campus and events management.
3. What do you like most about working at Rung?
I like collaborating with all the staff! I also like, peeking my head in a programming session in the evening before I leave some times and watch our program happen! :-)
4. What has been your favorite project to work on?
I don’t know if it’s my favorite, but being part of our EOS journey is exciting!
5. Who are your personal sheroes, women you look up to?
Of course, my Mom! Other than her, I’ve really been paying attention to what Mellody Hobson is doing lately.
6. How have you grown since working at Rung?
I think going through EOS is giving me a clearer vision for Rung operations in the near and distant future.
7. What do you like to do in your free time?
Lol, define “free”. When I have or take a moment, I enjoy swimming and painting.
8. What book, podcast, artist, or playlist are you currently into?
I’m reading a lot of academic articles for school. I listen mostly to the Breakfast Club, the Pivot, Aspire, Club Shay Shay Podcasts. I listen to R&B, jazz, gospel and classical music.
