What is your title? What do you do at Rung?
I am the Manager of Belonging and Community.
What do you like most about working at Rung?
I really love the flexibility at Rung. As a single mother, it allows me to take time off when I need to without feeling nervous or anxious like I did with previous employers. And working at an organization that serves women makes a big difference—there’s a level of understanding and support that I truly appreciate.
What has been your favorite project to work on?
The Welcome Party will always be one of my favorite projects to work on. It allows me to tap into my creativity while making sure every member feels welcomed, valued, and included from the moment they step into their first official event.
Who are your personal sheroes, women you look up to?
My mother, grandmother, and big sister are my sheroes. Their example set the tone for who I’ve become, and I wouldn’t be half the woman I am today without them.

How have you grown since working at Rung?
I’ve grown in so many ways since being at Rung—some I see and some I’m still discovering. My skill set has expanded, and my confidence with technology has grown a lot.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I love to craft—whether it’s making T-shirts, creating balloon marquees, or working on DIY projects. I just love having my hands in something.
What book, podcast, artist, or playlist are you currently into?
Tonight’s Conversation has been my favorite podcast for years—I love how the panel gets deep and real, fast.
