Party with a Purpose

Thank you for your support! On October 14, 2026, we gather for an unforgettable evening celebrating empowerment, opportunity, and the women in our lives. This legendary event brings us together to help hundreds of women rise up the economic ladder—one Rung at a time! All proceeds from the Party with a Purpose will directly benefit the Career Center.

Rung for Women is creating a new Career Center to help women plan, seek, and attain family-sustaining careers. The Center will provide career coaching, resume and interview preparation, job search support, salary negotiation, and employer networking while strengthening partnerships with regional employers to meet evolving workforce needs.
Rung recently received a $240,000 Challenge Grant from the Mabee Foundation. To unlock these funds, we must raise an additional $340,000.

The goal of A Party with a Purpose is to raise $340,000 to meet the Mabee Foundation Challenge and unlock a total of $580,000 for the Career Center.

100% of A Party with a Purpose proceeds will support the Career Center Campaign, helping more women achieve lasting economic mobility while strengthening the region’s workforce.
