The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers. The Manager of Career Navigation will be responsible for the management and execution of the career navigation process for members. This includes overseeing assessment, career exploration, goal-setting and referral to training programs. The Manager of Career Navigation will help each member develop a career plan that determines the career development experiences they will pursue at Rung and ensure that members are successful in meeting their career goals.
The focus of this position serves as the first point of contact for anyone entering the building; ensures the staff, members, and guests follow organization policies and procedures; and provides administrative support.
