Rung’s Event Rental Spaces

Rung for Women’s Community Room and additional event spaces are intentionally crafted to create memorable gatherings.

The Community Room

is 4,950 square feet and can hold 240-250 people banquet style with 6ft round tables/6-7 chairs per table and 330 people lecture style.

Base Rental Rate:

  • $2,200 Monday – Thursday.
  • $2,500 Friday – Sunday.
  • Setup and Cleaning Fee: Monday – Thursday: $45 per hour, 3 hour minimum.  | Friday – Sunday: $75 per hour, 3 hour minimum.
  • $175 facility usage fee. 
  • Nonprofits will receive a 50% discount off of the base rental rate.

is included with rental of the Community Room. You will have access to use the refrigerators, warmers, ice machine and food prep area.

The Kamala Harris Room

is 1,240 square feet and can hold 60 people banquet style with 6ft round tables/6 chairs per table.

 

Base Rental Rate:
  • All day rate: $800.
  • Partial day rate: $175 per hour.
  • Cleaning Fee: Monday – Thursday: $45 per hour, 2 hour minimum. | Friday – Sunday: $75 per hour, 2 hour minimum.

is 900 square feet and can hold 48-50 people banquet style with 6ft round table/6 chairs per table.

is 670 square feet and can hold 24 people classroom style.
